01Find the right route

Start with the stage your audit has reached

Choose the closest position. TaxReady confirms the preparation scope after reviewing the entity, period and available records.

02Scope and responsibility

Audit support across the preparation process

TaxReady can support three connected parts of the preparation work.

  • Review readiness

Review the trial balance, available reconciliations, prior statements or audit points and the request list. The output shows ready items, missing evidence and matters needing management input.

  • Prepare schedules and evidence

Prepare agreed reconciliations and schedules, trace them to the ledger and available subledger or register, and organise the evidence index.

  • Coordinate requests and factual responses

Track requests by item, owner, target date and status. TaxReady can help team members prepare factual responses.

03Is an audit required?

    Company law

Article 27 of Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 provides for annual audit requirements for joint stock companies and limited liability companies within its scope.

  • 02

    Corporate Tax

Ministerial Decision No. 84 of 2025 applies to tax periods beginning on or after 1 January 2025. It covers a non-Tax-Group Taxable Person whose Revenue exceeds AED 50 million in the relevant Tax Period, every Qualifying Free Zone Person, and a separate audited special-purpose financial-statement requirement for Tax Groups.

Scope, timing and fees

What shapes scope, timing and fees

  • Condition of the accounting records and available support.
  • Number and complexity of accounts or entities.
  • Reporting period and unresolved prior points.
  • The auditor's request list and timetable.
  • Availability of people who can explain transactions and approve decisions.

04Traceable preparation

Build one working file around records, schedules and open items

The working file links each agreed balance to its reconciliation, schedule and available support. A tracker shows what has been supplied, what remains open, who must act and which questions depend on management or the auditor. It keeps gaps visible instead of making an incomplete file look finished.
